Povređivanje na radu zaslužuje posebnu pažnju ne samo zbog učestalosti nego i zbog težine i vrste povreda koje nerjetko ostavljaju trajne posljedice - invalidnost povrijeđenog.

CILJ: Cilj ovog rada je sagledavanje kretanja povređivanja na radu u Rudniku i Termoelektrani (RiTE) Ugljevik, uočavanje karakterističnih pokazatelja i na osnovu dobijenih rezultata predlaganje mjera prevencije.

MATERIJAL I METODE: Izvori podataka su popunjeni obrasci ‚‚Prijava o povredi na radu'' od strane službe zaštite na radu RiTE Ugljevik u periodu od 1.1.1997.-31.12.2002. godine. Prosječan broj zaposlenih u tom poeriodu je 1716 radnika. Ukupan broj povređenih je 230 što je 13,40% zaposlenih. Prosječne godine starosti povrijeđenih su 39,49 ą 8,35 godina.

REZULTATI: Stopa incidencije je 0,13%. Indeks frekvencije povreda na radu Iƒ = 10,24. Ukupno izgubljenih radnih sati zbog povreda na radu je 116.592 ili 14.574 dana. Prosječne godine starosti povrijeđenih su 39,49 ą 8,35 godina. Prosječne godine ukupnog penzijskog radnog staža su 20,64 ą 8,87 godina. Prosječne godine ekspozicionog radnog staža su 11,54 ą 8,97 godina. Bilo je 216 (93,91%) povreda na radnom mestu, 12 (5,22%) na putu od kuće do radnog mesta i obratno, i 2 (0,87%) na službenom putu. Među njima je bilo 211 (91,74%) lakih, 16 (6,96%) teških i 3 (1,30%) povreda sa smrtnim ishodom. Povrede su se najčešće dešavale u prvoj smjeni (168 ili 73,91%) i to čak 99 (43,03%) u prva dva sata rada. Uzrok nesreće kod 108 (46,96%) povređenih je nedostatak opšte kontrole nad radom.

ZAKLJUČAK: Profesionalni traumatizam u rudara i radnika termoelektrane je važan medicinski, socio-ekonomski i tehnološki problem.

Getting injured at work deserves a special attention not only because of frequency and heaviness and kind of injury, which often cause lifelong consequences - invalidity of the injured person.

AIM: The aim of this work is to learn the movements of getting injured at work at Mine and Power Plant Ugljevik, to be aware of the characteristically indications and to suggest the prevent measures.

MATERIAL AND METHODS: The following was used as a source of information: filled forms " Application of injury at workers", applied by the Injuring prevent service M&P.P. Ugljevik between 1.1.1997. - 31.12.2002. The average number of employees during that period was 1716. The number of injure employees was 230 which is 13,40% of entire number of employees. The level of incidence was 0,13%. Injury frequency index Iƒ=10,24.The average age was 39,49ą8,35 years.

RESULTS: The average length of total work experience was 20,64ą8,97 years. The average exhibiting years of service were 11,54ą8,97. There were 216 (93,91%) injuries at the work place, 12 (5,22%) on the way from home to work and otherwise and 2 (0,87%) on business trip. Among of them, 211 (91,74%) was slightly injured, 16 (6,96%) was hardly, and 3 (1,30%) with death result. Workers got injured most often at firs shift 168 (73,91%) and among them 99 (43,03%) got injured during first two hours of working. At 108 (46,96%) workers, injuries were generated because of general work control missing.

CONCLUSION: In miner and power plant workers, the professional traumatises is an important medical, social-economical and technological problem.
